8. Accurate Shipping Information
Customers are solely responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at the time of purchase, including recipient name, address, phone number, and any delivery instructions.
United Prime Supply is not responsible for shipping delays, failed deliveries, additional fees, or losses resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping information provided by the customer.
9. Failed Delivery and Returned Shipments
If a shipment is refused, undeliverable, returned, delayed, or requires re-delivery due to customer error, absence, refusal, restricted access, or inaccurate shipping information, additional fees may apply.
United Prime Supply is not obligated to reship, refund, or replace orders affected by such circumstances.
10. Risk of Loss and Title
Risk of loss and title to products pass to the customer upon transfer of the order to the shipping carrier, local delivery service, or customer pickup, as applicable.
Once an order leaves the possession or control of United Prime Supply, the customer assumes responsibility for loss, theft, damage in transit, delay, or delivery issues, subject to any rights that may apply under applicable law.
11. Damaged, Lost, or Missing Items
Customers must inspect orders promptly upon delivery.
If a package appears damaged, or if items are missing or incorrect, the customer must notify United Prime Supply within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

United Prime Supply reserves the right to investigate the matter and determine, in its sole discretion, whether any remedy is appropriate. Notification does not guarantee replacement, refund, or credit.

United Prime Supply is not responsible for shipping or delivery delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to weather conditions, natural disasters, labor disruptions, carrier errors, supply shortages, government actions, equipment failure, or force majeure events.
13. No Guarantee of Exact Delivery Date
Unless expressly agreed in writing, United Prime Supply does not guarantee delivery on any specific date or time.
Customers should not rely on estimated delivery windows for deadlines, move dates, job scheduling, or other time-sensitive purposes.
